N	Niki Stacey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the beef pho and chicken pho, the broth was inedible, overly fishy. Called to let them know, they said they switched companies that make their broth? Is that common? I assumed most pho places made their own broth.

I tried one of their popular menu item which grilled chicken, spring rolls on a rice vermicelli and I was impressed for the price. The rice vermicelli was not dry, grilled chicken was cooked well and so does the spring roll. The soup broth was also well done although one of the soup bowl had less protein ingredients compared to the rest, but apart from that I highly recommend it. I will come back when I get back.
S	Spencer Ping on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the lemongrass beef vermicelli and salad rolls. In brief, there is simply too much vermicelli filling out the dishes. I don’t know about other dishes but the lemon grass beef vermicelli was seriously lacking in ingredients that aren’t vermicelli. Too little carrot, no lettuce, bean sprouts were soggy, beef was tough, and the dish is just filled to the brim with rice vermicelli. The salad roll wasn’t any better. See the posted picture. It should be called a “vermicelli roll” as that’s basically all you’re getting in there. Was expecting more, I’ll try this place again and order the pho as that looks a lot better.

S	Samantha Jackson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious and fresh! I ordered the veggie vermicelli bowl and the hubby had the beef pho and we are both very pleased with the service and quality of food. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
H	Heather Kolankowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital Emergency Room was the result of our visit Friday June 3, 2022. I asked, and was told several times, that there was no sesame or peanut in my order. Shrimp salad rolls with fish sauce. I ate 1 salad roll. 45 minutes later I was at the Rockyview General Hospital with a team of 4 medical professionals keeping my airway open. My husband returned to the restaurant with a picture of myself in recovery. The proprietor denied there was any allergens and instead said I must have eaten off of my husband's plate. He then proceeded to tell my husband there was another guest who also almost died as a result of eating there. Then he told my husband it wasn't his problem. DO NOT EAT HERE. Many Vietnamese restaurants cater to people like myself with allergies........all of them so far, except here. I will be filing a formal complaint with Alberta Health Services. If you are a restaurant and cannot accommodate people like myself, that's no problem. We understand and happily appreciate your candor and will go elsewhere. But know, this is actually LIFE OR DEATH for us.
r	reza pp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dish was so oily. It makes foods more delicious but not healthy. So much dianthus flavor in the food that I didn't like it. On the other side, the environment was cozy and clean. The green tea for the starter was great.
