They have guided me to sections of the store (it can be a bit of a maze) and they even will put things on hold for a couple days, which is great for people with mobility issues, who need to arrange rides or a friend to pick up! I was a bit disappointed with one of the staff last time though. I kept coming back to ask questions, and while she did answer them, every time I felt like I was interrupting her because she was either reading a book or magazine of her own, or looking at her cellphone. As someone who worked retail for 7 years, I find acting unavailable like that is pretty unprofessional. Overall, the store is good, for classics, for popular flippy novels, for children's books, etc! Will continue shopping here.
