★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ne s'est pas présenté à notre rendez-vous. Lorsque je l'ai appelé, il a dit qu'il était très occupé et a demandé si nous pouvions changer le rendez-vous. J'ai mentionné que j'avais pris un congé, et qu'il était peu professionnel qu'il ne m'ait au moins pas appelé pour me dire qu'il ne pouvait pas y aller. Donc clairement, j'ai refusé son offre de recedulé. Quand quelqu'un est aussi peu professionnel, je ne peux qu'imaginer la qualité de son travail.
He did not show up for our appointment. When I called him, he said he was very busy and asked if we could change the appointment. I mentioned that I had taken a leave, and that it was unprofessional that he did not at least call me to tell me he could not go. So clearly, I refused his offer of recedulé. When someone is so unprofessional, I can only imagine the quality of his work.

Il a trouvé une pièce 100$ moins cher que ce que j'avais accepté de payer initialement. Il m'en a informé au lieu de garder l'argent dans ses poches. Très honnête! bravo!
Great service. 2 hours after my initial call he was at my house to find the problem. He came the same evening he received the part to repair my furnace. Great service!
He found a coin that was $ 100 cheaper than what I had originally agreed to pay. He informed me instead of keeping the money in his pocket. Very honest! well done!
