Excellent service, ils ont Ă©tĂ© gĂ©niale! Nous avons Ă©tĂ© charmĂ© par leur honnĂȘtetĂ© et la qualitĂ© de leurs travail. L'installateur original de notre thermopompe n'avait pas bien travaillĂ© nous as causĂ© plusieurs problĂšmes. Mixair as rĂ©glĂ© nos problĂšmes et nous avons pu finalement profiter de notre thermopompe. Ils travaillent bien et vite!
Excellent service, they were great! We were charmed by their honesty and the quality of their work. The original installer of our heat pump did not work well and caused us several problems. Mixair settled our problems and we were finally able to enjoy our heat pump. They work well and fast!

Je souhaitais faire bouger une unitĂ© interne de sol et en faire enlevĂ© une autre. J’ai pris mon premier rv il y a de cela 2 mois 1/2 environ. Les techniciens sont venus ont fait ce que je voulais, par contre ils ne savaient pas que mon unitĂ© nĂ©cessitait 3 unitĂ©s et non 2. MalgrĂ© le fait que plus rien ne fonctionnait ils ont quittĂ© et aujourd’hui, depuis tout ce temps ils sont de retour. Aujourd’hui, les techniciens ne voulaient pas faire le travail, car il y a des guĂȘpes de sables prĂšs de la machines. (Je comprends leurs sentiments, mais de mon cĂŽtĂ© si le travail avait Ă©tĂ© fait dans le temps, il y a 2 1/2, aucun insecte n'Ă©tait dans les parages! J’ai eu droit a plusieurs dĂ©placement de rendez-vous entre temps, avec une visite de service pour me faire expliquĂ© que mon unitĂ© nĂ©cessitait 3 unitĂ©s internes. Si j’avais su depuis le dĂ©part je n’aurais fais aucun changement ou juste des dĂ©placements d’items. Les techniciens Ă©taient trĂšs mal prĂ©parĂ©s et peu connaissant dĂšs le dĂ©part. De plus, ceux-ci tentent de faire croire que mon unitĂ© mural Ă©tait dĂ©fectueuse au dĂ©part, ce qui est totalement faut. De plus, la rĂ©ceptionniste semble attribuĂ© mes dĂ©placements de rendez-vous a un ancien employĂ©, qui selon ses dire n’est plus la pour une raison. Selon moi aucun client ne devrait souffrir de mauvais employĂ©. J’ai aussi des le dĂ©part demandĂ© de parler au patron et ce fut toujours d’autres employĂ©s qui m’ont contactĂ©. Aucune compensation ou rĂ©duction de facture ne me fut proposĂ© pour les dĂ©lais et changement de date de rv. TrĂšs insatisfaite.
I wanted to move one internal floor unit and have another removed. I had my first rv about 2 1/2 months ago. The technicians came and did what I wanted, on the other hand they did not know that my unit required 3 units and not 2. Despite the fact that nothing was working anymore they left and today, since all this time they are return. Today the technicians didn't want to do the job because there are sand wasps near the machines. (I understand their feelings, but for my part if the work had been done in time, 2 1/2 ago, no bugs were around! I had several appointments trips in the meantime, with a service visit to explain to me that my unit required 3 internal units. If I had known from the start I wouldn't have made any changes or just moved items. The technicians were very poorly prepared and unfamiliar from the start. In addition, these try to make believe that my wall unit was defective initially, which is totally wrong. Also, the receptionist seems to have attributed my appointments trips to a former employee, who she says is no longer there for a reason. In my opinion no customer should suffer from a bad employee. I also initially asked to speak to the boss and it was always other employees who contacted me. No compensation or reduction of invoice was offered to me for the deadlines and change of date of appointment. Very dissatisfied.

La dame qui vient faire l’évaluation des lieux est trĂšs professionnelle et connaĂźt bien ses produits et leur installation. Et les installateurs ont Ă©tĂ© rapide, propres et courtois. Une entreprise d’ici Ă  encourager selon moi!
The lady who comes to assess the premises is very professional and knows her products and their installation well. And the installers were quick, clean, and courteous. A company from here to encourage in my opinion!

Service absolument inacceptable. J'ai fait installer une unitĂ© l'annĂ©e derniĂšre et le technicien installateur ne m'a jamais expliquĂ© l'entretien nĂ©cessaire. L'unitĂ© Ă©tait peu performante depuis quelque temps, ce que j'ai bien expliquĂ© au tĂ©lĂ©phone. PlutĂŽt que de me suggĂ©rer de vĂ©rifier par moi-mĂȘme si l'unitĂ© devrait ĂȘtre nettoyĂ©e, on m'a plutĂŽt envoyĂ© un technicien qui a dĂ©couvert qu'elle Ă©tait simplement sale. $400 pour passer un filtre sous le lavabo! Ils ont senti le coup d'argent vite fait! Si dĂšs le dĂ©but on m'avait dit de nettoyer moi-mĂȘme... À ne pas utiliser, ils ne sont surtout pas lĂ  pour donner un service Ă  la clientĂšle, qui est de toute façon mĂ©diocre.
Absolutely unacceptable service. I had a unit installed last year and the installer technician never explained the required maintenance to me. The unit had been poorly performing for some time, which I explained clearly over the phone. Rather than suggesting that I check for myself if the unit should be cleaned, instead I was sent a technician who discovered that it was just dirty. $ 400 to pass a filter under the sink! They felt the quick money! If from the start I had been told to clean myself ... Not to use, they are definitely not there to give customer service, which is poor anyway.

Edit : Merci Ă  Daniel PrĂ©vost Co-propriĂ©taire de MixAir qui m'a appelĂ© ce matin et qui prend en charge mon dossier. DĂ©fectuositĂ© du thermostat sous garantie. AprĂšs l'achat de 3 systĂšmes thermopompe dans la mĂȘme annĂ©e pour diffĂ©rents d'immeuble, un de mes thermostat s'est dĂ©programmĂ©. J'ai tentĂ© d'avoir soutien par tĂ©lĂ©phone et ils ont refusĂ© catĂ©goriquement. Ils doivent m'envoyer un technicien Ă  mes frais. VoilĂ  le genre de service aprĂšs-vente que cette compagnie offre Ă  ses clients.
Edit: Thanks to Daniel Prévost Co-owner of MixAir who called me this morning and took charge of my case. Defective thermostat under warranty. After purchasing 3 heat pump systems in the same year for different buildings, one of my thermostats got deprogrammed. I tried to get support by phone and they flatly refused. They have to send me a technician at my expense. This is the kind of after-sales service that this company offers to its customers.

J'ai beaucoup aimĂ© mon expĂ©rience avec cette compagnie. Pour remplacement de mon echangeur d'air ainsi qu'installation de nouveau conduit. J'avais fait faire des estimĂ©s Ă  plusieurs endroits,et cette compagnie Ă©tait dans les meilleurs prix. PremiĂšre visite d'une personne pour Ă©valuation et soumission. TrĂšs gentille et Ă  pu rĂ©pondre Ă  mes questions. Ensuite prise de rendez-vous rapide et ce, mĂȘme dans le temps des fĂȘtes. Les deux installateurs/techniciens trĂšs gentils aussi. Je recommande.
I really enjoyed my experience with this company. For replacement of my air exchanger as well as installation of new duct. I had quotes done in several places, and this company was getting the best prices. First visit of a person for evaluation and submission. Very kind and able to answer my questions. Then make a quick appointment, even during the holidays. The two very nice installers / technicians too. I recommend.
