Ils m'ont demandé le paiement complet à la signature du contrat. À la job, ils ont ensuite engagé des sous traitant qui ont fait la job TOUT CROCHE. Service après vente nul. Si tu aimes pas, too bad, tu as déjà payé. Vraiment bande de voleurs.
I unfortunately deal with them because I rely on their professional website and they posted before as recommended CAA. They asked me for full payment upon signing the contract. At the job, they then hired subcontractors who did the job. Null after-sales service. If you do not like, too bad, you have already paid. Really gang of thieves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S'il y avait un négatif, c'est ce qu'ils auraient comme note. Des travaux qui auraient dû prendre un mois ( selon eux) en ont pris quatre. Il fallait constamment surveiller la qualité du travail et argumenter avec eux lorsque le travail n'était pas satisfaisant. Ils ont fait des dommages qu'ils n'ont toujours pas réparé et on entreprend la deuxième année de la finition des travaux. Bref service pourri, délais exagérés, qualité et gestion des travaux minables . À ne surtout pas recommander.
If there was a negative, this is what they would note. Work that should have taken a month (according to them) took four. We had to constantly monitor the quality of the work and argue with them when the work was not satisfactory. They have done damage which they still have not repaired and we are starting the second year of finishing the work. Brief rotten service, exaggerated delays, poor quality and management of work. Not to be recommended.

Excellent service and support for laying peat. The work took 2 days to uproot and one day to put in new peat. Their customer service was courteous. I recommend this company if you have plans for your lawn.
