★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appelle de service pour chauffage placé fin décembre. Mars, toujours pas passé, une plainte faite à Gree. 2 jours plus tard le proprio m’appelle, pas très heureux de ma plainte. Il très arrogant. Il ne veut toujours pas me donner de rendez-vous mais me reproche de ne pas avoir pris une journée de cogner pour les accueillir. Je dois prendre congé sans savoir quand??? Maintenant elle ne déshumidifie plus, Début juillet, toujours pas passé. Nathalie de Gree m’a confirmé il n’est plus détaillant Gree, mais pourquoi?? Oui, Gree vend maintenant directement aux compagnies qui les Installe, pas air seka . Mais pourquoi??? Totalement faux que je ne veux pas payer. Et pour la garantie, il devrait se renseigner un peu à la protection du consommateur. Il mon clairement mentionner que la responsabilité de la garantie est a par égal avec le commerçant et le fabricant. Des excuses bidons pour son service pitoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nous avons de multiples problèmes avec notre appareil Gree depuis quelques mois . Ma conjointe qui s'occupe du dossier se plaint du mauvais service du propriétaire et de sa rapidité à agir. Lorsqu'elle se fâche pour obtenir du service, il devient arrogant. Nous sommes très déçus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service très ordinaire. Rappel très tard, quand on trouve les pièces avant lui, il fait la morale beau client potentiel. Il se brûle lui même de la business. Faites affaire avec André Bédard service a la place. Plus convivial et très professionnel. Pas comme chez air Séka, ou on vous crois dessus au téléphone parce que vous êtes meilleur que le type au téléphone. Franchement, tu ne compagnie a évité. Pas pro, pas bon, très cher.
