I would give them 6 stars if I could. Everything about this training center is great. Lots of gear selection, nice clean facilities and accessible location. I was doing my level 2 recert. Neil, the trainer and training manager, is very knowledgeable and has a way to make you think outside the box. It is a family operated business, and the owner Wesley makes sure everyone feels welcome. He even sets up a bbq in the middle of the week! Over all really happy I chose to go with them. I will definitely be back.

Great facility with even better Trainers. The Trainers are very helpful and teach/show you how each task/climb is done. And done properly at that. They help correct your mistakes/ best practice to be as safe as possible while being efficient. I’ll definitely be back here for my level 2 Irata!

I definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to get their IRATA or SPRAT certificates done. All the instructors were super helpful and they've always explained everything in detail and they will answer all your questions, so don't hesitate to ask if you're unsure about any techniques. The courses are five days (Mon-Fri), and on Saturday, there is your assessment day. On Wednesday there was a BBQ. The overall experience was great!

What a great experience from this training Centre, instructors Neil, and Simon made learning easy and loads of fun. The owners Wes, and Sharon made everyone in the class feel like part of the TAG family. Would highly recommend the facility to anyone looking to get into rope access or upgrading their certs.

Awesome experience and easy to learn. Great gym layout with lots of space and an unlimited selection of gear. They use a scissor lift to set training dummies so you can practice twice as much (and not be one yourself). You are given tablets with all course materials, yours to take home and study with through the week. On these you can search keywords and locate your topics instantly. TAG is convenient to get to. Located right off Highway #1. Exit on Main street and you have arrived. There are also lots of places to walk for lunch minutes away. Only the highest praise for the team. Incredibly patient, clear and experienced instruction. Lots of one on one training, constant feedback and overall best value/learning opportunities I have ever recieved. Free Coffee, Head dressings (buffs), Water bottles, T-Shirts, BBQ lunch in the middle of the week (with an array of hot sauces) Energy drinks, Vitamin water, High-fives. Everyday is something new. 10/10 recommend, you will feel confident before exam time and meet some cool people. Thank you Simon, Haj and Neil ?

Pretty nervous coming into this week of training. All the instructors have been patient, precise and are experts in teaching. They ramped us up perfectly to be able to achieve what we needed for our level 1. Also it's a fun environment to learn in. Thanks for the good times, I wish nothing but full courses and successful students for you in the future ?

TAG has been a fantastic training experience. By far the best training facility I’ve had the pleasure of training at. Neil and Wes are highly knowledgeable trainers with a fantastic approach to teaching fundamental skills which you can apply throughout all levels of rope access. I would recommend TAG to anyone looking for rope access training.

I had the pleasure of recertifying my IRATA Level 3 at Technical Access Group. Neil, the training manager and the rest of the TAG team were outstanding. Positives: All the coffee you can drink, new modern gear, and food and drink as well! What more do you need?! Negatives: Can’t think of any… I would definitely recommend TAG for your rope access training needs. Looking forward to heading back and learning more in three years time.
