I am a Canadian citizen who lives in the UK, and we were looking for help and guidance for a Spousal Sponsorship Application for my husband (who is British) to move to Canada. Dianne helped us with an overview and check of our documentation and provided us with suggestions and answers to our questions. She had an in-depth call with us to begin with, and then corresponded with us via email for all of our other questions. She took time to review all our documents and gave us plenty of advice! I am happy to say that my husband's application has now successfully be accepted for permanent residency!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with immigration is challenging. Dealing with Immigration as a new spouse in the middle of a global pandemic could have been next level hell. Thankfully, this wasn't the case.
We contacted Dianne initially last July to discuss the process and determine next steps. She answered all of our initial questions, gave us a high level overview of the process and her services, and set us at (relative) ease regarding the journey ahead.
We mutually agreed to proceed together with her assistance and began gathering the information and documentation needed to file for permanent residency.
It was quite a significant effort to gather all of the required information, but with Dianne's help, we not only knew what to expect, we were prepared to wait out the unknown timeframe for even acknowledgment of the receipt of our application by IRCC.
Throughout our wait, Dianne answered questions, stayed in touch, and followed up with IRCC to ensure things would move along.
She provided us with all of the support one could want throughout the process. She helped alleviate the stress and worry about completeness and accuracy. She was patient, professional, and empathetic. My husband and I highly recommend her without exception or caveat.

The odds seemed heavily stacked against me as I had both a rejected visitors and study permit visa.
Dianne, however devised a great plan in turning those existing barriers into a successful approval of a student visa. I am now currently a master’s student in Canada thanks to her!
She is warm, professional, friendly, and approachable person who goes beyond the call of duty to attend to my general immigration queries. The process can be so overwhelming, but it’s comforting to know that Dianne and her services are there to fully support you.
She is even kind enough to check up on me after the end of our contract and assists me with advice on family members who are also interested on immigration. She indeed gives it 200% and you can tell is super knowledgeable in what she does.
