★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. This is the first time I came here and it was soo amazing. In my whole life I never had short hairs I’m soo glad I choose this place. “Ben” is the hairstylist who did my hairs. I showed him this first reference picture and he did same. He is soo good, took almost hour doing this look lots of layers love this soo much.
And I paid 57$ plus tip total 67$ coz I was soo happy and it was new style to do.

Not "wow i love it" but ok. 2nd time was the worst cut i have ever had in my life and im not using drama here. 1 hour and ten minutes for a short hair men's cut that gives me no choice to where a hat for the next month. No one else came to my rescue nor make eye contact with me when i was reluctantly paying. All looked away as i was leaving. So hat for now and on the hunt for another hair stylist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teased was started by our hair stylist, Sally, just a few months ago. We started going to Sally at Anne's up on Alma/Broadway over 7 years ago. She just recently opened Teased and we're more than happy to follow her. Sad that we're leaving Anne's as we like the rest of the people, but Sally was our go-to stylist for the family.
Anyway, she's the same quality stylist. I'm real simple to please, but she does a great job for my daughters and wife. My hair is straight/short, daughters straight/long and my wife is medium wavy. At least with those types, she does a great job. We haven't gone to her other stylists as of yet and nothing to report on them, but I"m sure she'll hire people that fit her standards.
Cuts are still relatively inexpensive for Vancouver, and the place is very sleek modern and pleasant to be in. It's a tad cold in the winter and echo-y, but the glass wall/door upfront makes that up with plenty of light.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sally is a magician with colour and has a very good sense of what will work. Over the years I've had root touchups done at many salons across North America resulting in somewhat piebald colouring; Sally chose just the right colour to blend it all together naturally. She is also a super easy and pleasant to spend a couple of hours with.

She was very personable and honest which I really appreciated. The haircut turned out well too, so I really enjoyed that.
If you're looking for a new hairstylist, I would highly recommend trying this salon.
