He was able to ascertain what we were looking for, and was able to guide us and provide professional perspective on the pros and cons of the various houses we saw. In the end, he found us the perfect house. We are especially grateful, as it had not yet been listed. When selling our house, he was very responsive to requests to view, and always provided feedback. He was a strong negotiator at both ends, and followed through even after we had moved in, forwarding any questions we had to the previous owners. We would definitely recommend Hamer-Jackson as a selling and/or buying realtor.
