When I first decided to list with Jerry, I quickly learned how knowledgeable and experienced he is in the Okanagan real estate market. Probably a more complex transaction than most, Jerry and his team were very professional in how they dealt with my situation, and stepped up to research and get answers to my many questions. Jerry remained very courteous through the entire process, always letting me be in the driver's seat rather than trying to push a sale through for his own benefit. But what was even more impressive was the level of service Jerry, Shaun, and Hedy extended to me after the sale agreement was signed. As I do not live in Kelowna, Jerry and his team went above and beyond by calling various local demolition and moving companies on my behalf. He stayed in close contact with me throughout every step of the process - from listing to sale, and even weeks after the final sale had closed, he is still following up with me to ensure that everything has worked out to my satisfaction.
