My family and I had the pleasure of working with Brooke and the team at Team Clarke Realty as we sold our old family home and purchased our new home in the Norgate area. We worked with Brooke for over a year as she'd check in from time to time with updates on homes we might be interested in until she found us the perfect one off-market. From there, Brooke was basically our project manager helping us get our home in order (no small ask) for showing and staging. She provided guidance on the areas we needed to fix or update in order to get top dollar for our home (we did). Brooke did an outstanding job of personalizing our experience and learning what we needed in order to leave a home we had spent a lifetime in. Further to that, any touch point we had with other members of the Clarke team were just as good whether it was Rob, Sylvia or Laura. Buying and/or selling a home is a complex process and we feel fortunate to have had a team of people working for us. Brooke's mom, Shirley Clarke built the company into a household name in North Vancouver real estate.
