★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clive has to be one of the worst realtors on the North Shore. His rude attitude is exceptionally noticeable. He is inconsiderate and treats his clients in a horrendous way. He cannot accommodate your time and will try to rush you out of his showings. He even had the audacity to show up late and then demanded I leave earlier. I would NOT recommend his services to anyone. Stay away from this toxic individual.

They know the real estate market, especially on the North Shore and worked together as a team to get us the most for our home in North Vancouver. They used all the best social media resources including a YouTube video ad, Facebook, Twitter and the video of our home was amazing. They match their words with actions and brought us great results. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked with Paul to buy and sell a townhouse. Buying in 2015 was a tough market as there was so much competition to buy, everything had multiple offers. Selling in 2019 was tough as sales had slowed considerably and not a lot was selling. In both circumstances, we were able to get the job done with Paul.
When buying, Paul helped us understand the market, the value, and the price we needed to offer in order to buy the property. When selling, Paul helped us with the timing, the staging, the photo's and the video's; all of which gave our property tremendous "curb appeal". We were one of the few properties which sold in early Spring 2019 and we are grateful for the help from Paul to get it done!!
