I had the pleasure of connecting with Adam while I moved to Vancouver from Calgary. I first came in contact with Adam in February of the year I moved, and didn't end up actually getting to Vancouver until August later that year. Adam kept in touch with me daily between February and August, which made the transition very smooth. Once in Vancouver, he showed me all of the communities and areas that I was pushing his way the previous 6 months. He really got to know me and the type of person I was, and then was able to help narrow down the areas that I would enjoy living in. I had a challenging sale I needed to make happen and Adam and his team were fantastic. The condo had suffered damage in a fire and been repaired as per insurance but the restoration companies had done sloppy work and left it needing multiple fixes and much cleaning. The fear of COVID was also at a relative high point and I wasn't able to attend to it in person myself. Adam did a fantastic job of coordination between all parties involved, had it staged beautifully and got a full price offer within days of listing and an offer for $10k over asking after the first showing. He was also friendly and reassuring made the fine details like signing many forms remotely quick, clear, and easy. Highly recomended.

Adam helped me in the process of buying my first home. He is an instant action type of agent. Meaning for example when you make a request to visit a place he will get that organized for as soon as possible. This helps you stay ontop of the market which is moving quickly. Adam is knowledgeable about current trends of the real estate market. He treated me with kindness and professional courtesy. After meeting several real estate agents (on buying and selling sides) along the way, I can tell you this is not the case with all agents. And it's fortunate to have someone like Adam working with you.

Last year we sold a condo in East Van through Adam Knight. I can’t speak highly enough about working with Adam. The process was so smooth and easy. Adam really knew the market for condos in our area. We originally spoke with a different realtor, who I didn't feel understood the area we were selling in, and recommended a list price that I felt was too low. Adam recommended listing at a significantly higher price, and we were actually able to get $10,000 above that! We were able to get the property staged through a company that Adam works with, and he came through and recommended a few reasonable updates that really helped make the place look great and I am sure helped us sell it.
