β β β β β We arrived first thing on Sunday morning to find they had not yet opened. Their hours listed online are different from those posted on the door. Plus they weren't open when their door hours said they would be. When me and my friend finally had access almost 40 minutes later we were turned away because they apparently do not do pedicures on Sunday. I didn't find that information anywhere prior to arriving to what I understand was a drop-ins welcome salon. I will not be going back.

β β β β β The guy did a FANTASTIC job on my extended french manicure gel nails.
The down side it cost 86.00, atmosphere was lame, and the girl who prepped my nail filed my nail down with a mini dremel and now that the nails are off i have 1/2 the nail enamel on the part she prepped... Literally distroyed my natural nail.

β β β β β I walked out of this hair salon with big smiles:) This place is clean and neat!! My hair was done by Charlie. I showed him a picture of the hair color and style I wanted. He asked me lots of questions to ensure that he wanted to get my hair done as requested, which made me feel so comfortable and feel like he actually cared about me and my hair!! After he touched my hair, he actually gave me lots of advice on how to take care of my hair. EVαΊΊRYTHING he pointed out was exactly what I wanted to know like how to prevent split ends!!!! He is a very professional and friendly hair stylist!!! Highly recommended:)

β β β β β My mom and I came here for some pampering, and we were not disappointed! We went for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure, and were given the best service. The pricing was great, the place is excellent, and the massage chairs were the icing on the cake. We're visiting Canada, but will definitely come back when we visit again.

β β β β β The guys seem to be much more professional and do way nicer sets of nails. Five stars for Luke. Awesome job. Plus he fixed my broken nail a week after I got my set and fit me in right away and didn't charge me. Love this treatment

β β β β β The only good thing about this place is that the staff is friendly. Other than that their nail techs don't know what they're doing.
If you go here, your nails will turn out lumpy and they will all be different lengths. You won't be able to ask the nail tech to fix anything because:
A) they are extremely rude and do not care
B) they do not speak English
Let me explain further:
I went in for a nail fill, and to change my colour. While going through this process, she filed too much acrylic off and started filing my natural nail so hard that it hurt. After she fixed that she put new acrylic only on 3 nails which made the rest of them uneven. She then went on to reshape my nails and made every single nail look different. While she was filing she AGAIN filed way too hard, this time on the sides of my nails and clipped my skin and I actually started to bleed. She did not say a word the entire time and ignored me when I tried to tell her what I wanted. She painted my nails before they were finished filing, which resulted in the paint drying over an uneven surface. Terrible experience would not recommend.
Long story short, I learned my lesson and I hope that this review helps others in making a decision about trying this place or not.

β β β β β ,Came in for a last minute manicure, got shellac nails done. The salon is large and spacious and they had a variety of colours to choose from. I originally wanted dark blue but they were out. A shout out to my technician, Amy, who helped me out in picking a colour. She was fast and efficient and helped fix a crack in my nails. Loved my experience, would recommend!
