This branch will, at this pace, will never open The other branch, we are forced to use has shorter hours and fewer tellers... Wondering why TD seems to abuse its front line staff by putting them in unenviable positions. Again staff are great - management decisions sketchy

Every possible extension I have tried leads me to voicemail! Has it ever occurred to them that the person sitting at the customer service desk should ANSWER THE PHONE!

Waited in line for over 40 minutes since when I got there only 2 tellers working , finally one more came on and by that time the line up was outside lined up down the street. Come on don’t be so cheap and bring in more staff. Since the other branch has been closed forever can’t you understand on. Friday it will be swamped. As it was I finally get to have my turn and the teller had to ask another worker a question and the worker decides to answer the phone while we wait. Very very poor service. I finally got half done what I wanted and told the teller I’d have to come back. Felt bad for all those customers waiting behind me. I see why these banks make mega bucks profit….. save lots of money not having to pay staff. No such thing as customer service anymore especially at this branch. I advise everyone not to deal there.
S	S T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There used to be 3 branches in Woodstock, they closed one years ago, another one closed during pandemic, left this one with limited parking spaces and long line all of the time. I avoid coming in because of that. We have business and personal accounts, and business line is always occupied with customers with personal transactions that takes forever. A city with population of almost 50K, TD, do something to get the other one open up or open another branch.

The other TD has been closed long enough, open another location already. After 30 years I’m ready to close and transfer everything to my other bank.

We had a customer try and deposit a draft into our account to purchase a car from us in Alberta, provided to the teller a TD bank document, with the account information and the lady whos been there "35 years" refused to take his money saying it "didnt Work". She didn't even get a manager. just sent him on his way and we almost lost a deal on a $100,000 car. No wonder this place has 2.7 stars. VERY dissatisfied.

They have rallied as a team and still come to work with positive attitudes and deliver great customer experience. Thank you TD for being awesome
