1st off, the manager is by far one of the most ignorant people I have ever spoken to. We were missing part of out order, and the manager came to assist. After telling me "to bad" and raising his voice with me, he told me he "didn't need anyone's business". One of the staff members told us he is always rude to them too.
2nd, the food was terrible. The burgers were dried out, my husband's fries were cold, and both were made wrong.
Lastly, they have no respect here for the current pandemic nor anyone's safety. They do not follow the mask law, nor do they clean up their establishment. You can't get certain foods to go (eg. Ice cream), and you also wont be refunded for it either!
Safe your time, eat elsewhere. You will thank all these people giving a 1 star review

The actual meat of the burger tasted like generic store bought burgers that were over cooked. Toppings were good though.
Also got the Buffalo Chicken poutine.
Almost no cheese, but tons of ranch sauce. Ended up tasting like fries with ranch sauce and a little bit of Franks on it.
I thought it would be much better. I was disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent quality ...chicken eas cooked to perfection, fresh cut fries that actually were hot not left for hours. Excellent stuff that clearly made a point of keeping everything clean and tip top shape. Highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in Union Burger. Mustard lettuce cheese = ketchup and lettuce apparantly. Not busy either. Ruined my lunch and now i have a burger with one bite out of it. Good prices though. You only get one first impression UB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly server. Great prices. I ordered the Bourbon St Burger with cheese and bacon. It was amazing! Cheapest beer I’ve ever seen in a restaurant!
Sorry, I had to take a bite out of the burger before I could take a picture of it because it looked so good!
The window table I sat at was a little sticky from the finish being worn off. Other than that, nice atmosphere inside.

Got a very full belly while passing through town and a Buffalo chicken poutine to try for free! It’s a very flavourful messy poutine if you’re looking for something different.
Bourbon St. Burger was very hickory and onion rings are beautiful to look at as well as taste.
