★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you order online and they give you a time for pickup, I don't feel like waiting in side the restaurant for an additional 20+ minutes, (when they are not busy at all btw) is acceptable. When people walk in after you and order, then leave with their food while you are still standing waiting.... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has gone down hill. Will never go back. No coating or spices on the chicken. Crackhead hanging around the entrance. Drive thru closed. Looks like nobody cares. Sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got really old dry chicken. Didn’t taste like classic recipe. It’s like it was just breading with no spices? Mary browns ruined this place for me. Will not be back. Stick with Popeyes or Mary browns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked to KFC in Woodstock today to enjoy a chicken sandwich.
They had a sign on the door that said the front end of the store was closed. Drive thru only.
Would it not make more sense to close the drive thru and leave open the front till so all customers can be served?
At least Popeye's still serves all customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 stars. Waited in line for about 30 minutes, finally ordered and another 35 minutes went by afterwards with no sign of my food. Simply ordered a chicken sandwich, poutine and side order of tenders. Dropped $30.00 and didn’t get to eat at all, couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave before food showed up. I let the person know I had to go and she replied “ok”. Poor customer service and communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has anyone else noticed how small the chicken pieces have gotten?
They don't have containers for certain sizes and don't offer to compensate with say 2 smaller ones to make up the bigger one, for example.
Couldn't make a cpl items I wanted.
So i bought the stuff from them individually to make it myself.
Wait time is excessive.
They don't answer the phone.
But the staff are usually quite friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. I had a mobile order and it took 3 minutes before someone had come out to service 3 waiting customers. The employee serves the the 2 customers ahead of me. As she was getting something for the other customer, I had to tell her I had a mobile order. She tells the kitchen and then proceeds to take another order. After she took the order, my food was ready and was sitting on the counter. She did not acknowledge the food, proceeded to take another order. My food was sitting there for a total of 4 minutes before she realized it was there. I thought the point of mobile order was suppose to be quick? Not 7 minutes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm used to sitting in KFC lines for 20 minutes plus. This one though has it together. Never too long of a wait. Great service. Chicken takes time I get it.
Everything is always fresh and hot. The classic/bug crunch are always great, but for some reason the few times I've had the Famous chicken it hasn't impressed. I see food groups posting huge pieces of chicken but these are always small and dry.
