★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked through the door with typical greeting. Then the onset of a sells rep, following me around, nonstop questions, trying to direct me to an area I did not want to see. Finally I just left. I am shopping and don't want to be harassed. It is a small store and if I need something after I have established I am looking, I will be happy to ask for assistance.

They carry a lot of top quality names and their customer service is always very friendly and helpful. Their prices are reasonable and they always have lots in the sale section!
I found the BOGS I was looking for on sale 50$ off!! And my mom found 3 pairs of shoes she wasn’t looking for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: the store responded to my review on their Facebook page and explained that it is NOT possible to shop in this store without an associate escorting you. If you like to shop independently at your own leisure this is one to avoid.
Went in for the first time to look for some boots and sandals for my toddler. I prefer to shop on my own and ask for help only if I need it, so I entered quickly and walked with purpose towards the back, not making eye contact with anyone. I didn't make it halfway through the store before an employee caught up to me and remarked that I must be on a mission (good, so you noticed I was actively avoiding an interaction and just ignored that). I didn't want to be rude so I offered a weak smile and said yes.
The employee followed me downstairs and hovered next to me, staring, literally the entire time I was in the store. She seemed annoyed I didn't know what size I needed (I brought measurements so I could look up individual brand size charts, I find toddler shoes very wide ranging). I was unable to really consider any of the products and all I could think about was getting out of the store.
I would never purchase something under these conditions. I'm not sure if there's a theft issue (although I don't even carry a purse, I walked in holding only a cellphone) or if the salaries are heavily commission based, or what is going on here. Regardless, it was very off-putting and I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a comfortable professional looking shoe that would accommodate my orthotics. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helped me find a beautiful pair of shoes for work quickly. Very happy with my purchase of Clarks. Lots of free parking on site. Wheel chair accessible.
