M	Myles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend went in to open a selfdirected tfsa investment account and an “financial advisor” (sleezy salesman) named Arter manipulated her into buying mutual funds. I went in later that day with her and he said she could close it online and transfer the money back to her cheqing account. For two weeks the website would not let her even see the mutual fund holdings and she went back in and demanded he close it, which he gave her a look of “are you stupid?” then closed the account (which took him 30 seconds). So not only was she manipulated into buying a product she didn’t want but was made to feel stupid for not doing something that took Arter 30’s seconds to do. Avoid Arter.
f	foursideking on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super quick especially in the mid afternoon (anything after 1pm and you can usually get in/out in under 5mins). Lack of parking is a slight concern, but is kinda made up for by the fact that it combos well with many of the food places in the area should you want to use the lot near the library instead.

For example, I have never had the "hard sell" from tellers that characterizes so many other Canada Trust branches. The tellers have always been cheerful and helpful, and there are some VERY comfortable chairs to relax in.

We had tried a couple times previously to obtain this card information but no luck. Today your customer Service Rep. ANDREW helped us obtain the access we need to help us with the information necessry to us for the balance and amt of payments left on the vehicle. We want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH ANDREW!! What a fabulous job you did to help us we accessed the account and have all the inoformation we may need. Thanks again for your exceptional Customer Service. Allan & Kim Hamilton
M	Manraj Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend staying away from this branch. If you absolutely have to go to this branch, stay away from Elaine Giran. What we experienced was total incompetency on all fronts and delays after delays. Ms Giran is unapologetically lazy? or inefficient in her dealings. She gave out wrong contact information for us to a third party whose approval was required for our purposes and kept on blaming COVID and third party until we found out what was going on. The branch manager got looped in at some point but never cared to touch base with us in regards to our concerns. Would give this branch a negative star if I could. STAY AWAY and take your business elsewhere.
R	Robert Mulholland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve belonged to TD Bank before the amalgamation from Canada Trust Co, opened my account in the early 90’s at the University Plaza branch. That branch was transferred over to the branch at King St & Market streets in downtown Dundas. Moved so really don’t go into this branch, but on this day I tried doing some business at the branch at Jackson Square and was told to make a appointment, for something that wasn’t that too involved. So my wife and I had to go to Dundas on another matter, and we dropped into this branch. This is all under COVID restrictions and was greeted by a friendly customer service rep. We explained our situation and was immediately set up right there, with a TD Personal Banking Associate. We will mention the lady’s name, it was Silvana Simoes, our matter and business was handled competently and efficiently within 15-25 minutes. We received financial advice, and more banking options for us. We left the branch content and satisfied that our matter(s) were all taken care of. We will continue to use the TD bank as our bank of choice.
R	Robert McManus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm going to contrast my experience with two different financial institutions working as the executor for my mother's estate. Allison efficiently and quickly got my mother's funds into an Estate Account (as all legal advice I had suggested I do) that earns no interest. It was an easy experience and other staff (Silvana and various tellers) were also VERY helpful. The staff at FirstOntario were nice to deal with, but, the rules there are strange and they would not allow me to open an Estate Account until probate was finished. We came within a few business days of my mother earning interest in 2022 and therefore delaying the entire process as I would have needed to declare income for my mother over a year from now. Keep this in mind if you are opening an account for your elderly parents.
M	M Glorious One on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good during the daytime/summer months, absolute hellscape during the wintertime (especially nights). The homeless tend to gather/sleep near the ATM's at this location during the nighttime, and after seeing it happen a few times nothing is really being done about it. Hard to give it a great review when you can only access it part of the time during winter.
