Had a horrible experience today Being a td customer over a years never felt so much disappointed Went to this branch to get the statements for 12 months She said they're 28 papers it'll take a while to print them.. Common you're not using ribbon printers, you're not in 1990s I even asked her if I could wait 1/2 hour to get them as they close at 6 she simply refused said 'it'll take so much time we've other clients to handle. I'll make it ready and give you a call when it's ready’, she doesn't have time though I felt embarrassed wanted to raised this issue with the senior official but I chose to leave the branch as I was bit frustrated. By looking at these negative reviews I’m not the only one that’s having problems with the staff at this branch they should be fired for unprofessional customer service. We as a customer pay hundreds of dollars in a fee not to be treated like this..

My experience at this branch was in 2015 in the summer. I got an appointment to get help & tips on how to improve my credit score. The staff member that I had the appointment with told that she was not allowed to tell me my credit score and that she was unable to help me and shoved me out the door after being in there a few minutes. After visiting a different branch, I was told that this woman was full of it!! I got the help I eeded elsewhere.

This is a general rant not related directly to my experience here. This is a bank so I'm not sure what I should expect. However, it is 2019, and I would hope that if I lose or have a credit card compromised, I should be able to get another one in 1 or 2 days. 7 to 10 days is unreasonable. Amazon can ship me whatever I like overnight. If I need a replacement card, which is a simple piece of plastic, I have to wait 7 to 10 days???? TD, your days are numbered. I don't know if Amazon will get into the CC business or if it will be someone else, but TD will get eaten alive in the not too distant future. Some Fintech startup is going to do something you cannot seem to do, and that is to delight the customer. The online banking is pretty good when it works. They seem to have a fair number of outages though. Good luck trying to talk to someone on the phone. It takes me an average of 20 mins to make it through the maze of a phone system. Have your card handy and be prepared to enter the number more than once. I'm finally posting a review but I have been unhappy with the customer service for some time. None of this is related to this office. I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I work for a corporation too so I understand that people at this level cannot fix the problems that lawyers and accountants create. Lawyers care about risk and accountants care about money. That leaves no one to care about the client. This is the problem when you have people like this in charge.

I find most of the staff here to be incompetent and unprofessional. When I have a basic transaction to do, such as depositing a cheque, they act awkwardly and interrogate me with unnecessary questions. Then they go through several staff members and management figuring out what to do, while louding discussing my situation. The experience is uncomfortable as they will yell out my personal and financial information for everyone to hear. I find at other TD locations, the tellers quickly take care of things without the hassle or attitude. Although this is my local branch, I prefer to avoid it.

Dial the LynnValley branh direct phone number. Frustrated trying to speak to someone on the phone. Getting really peet-off that TD is holding my money from a bank draft deposit since July 28. Today is August 05, 2021.

There was a long line at the Lynn Valley TD branch and some difficult customers were up front. Matt Hutchinson appeared to be coaching a newer employee and the other girl working was a flat out pain to be around. She was rude and quick to the point, completely ignoring customer service. The scanners weren't working as well as the pin pad machines. Matt was juggling multiple jobs at once but was calm under pressure and provided upbeat and memorable service. I was told I could not be helped by anyone in the branch and I had to call TD. This seemed incorrect (especially because this woman was not understanding me prior to this request), but Matt was very busy and I didn't want to fight this customer service representative and disrupt the flow. I sat down in the lobby and called TD. After I got off the phone and the line was gone, I went up to Matt and asked him to scan 18 pages (unrelated to TD) for me and send it to my email. He said he didn't know how to do that, but he was sure he could figure it out. I knew the other representatives would not go the extra mile to make a happy customer like Matt H. did for me, and this is why I chose him. I asked him about his day and he told me about the technical difficulties he had just resolved. He truly made my day and I was very glad to see such strong work ethic and a consistent good-day attitude, even when everything was going haywire.

A big 'thank you' to Mahan at this TD Branch! I was warmly greeted by her as I approached the teller's counter which quickly put me at ease. I told her that I needed a bank draft and she may have sensed my anxious demeanor and made the whole exercise seamless with her super friendly service.

This bank changes staff constantly. The loans service holds you hostage for 2 hours trying to force you into buying g mortgage insurance even if they know you can't afford it and it's not a good purchase for you. I live very close and had many accounts with TD for 40 years and because of dealing with this branch I'm now moving ALL my business away from TD. I tried to talk about my concerns nicely but the barely English speaking manager didn't care. This is primarily not a Canadian bank in both culture and language.
