She was unnecessarily rude when asking questions regarding my card and seemed suspicious about each and everything. She kept on interrupting the teller even though he was providing the information I asked for and enforced her convenience over mine. Guys go to any branch but this.

Waited 40 mins to get a pin reset & had all proper ID & still was treated very poorly! I will NOT recommend this location at all , go to a other location other wise you will regret it ! I will NOT be returning to this location, all the staff needs to be retrain over again , they definitely do NOT know how to talk to anyone with respect at all !

But recently my impression with this branch (specifically manager Maia Gesler) ruined the entire experience. Once me and my husband were returning to Canada for 1 day only and had important business payments to make. We came straight from the airport at the branch 10 mins before closing and because of us staff had to close 10 mins later because of us. I apologized for this inconvenience about 5 times to all present staff and explained that we have to fly away the next day. They were understanding and kind to me. But Maia could not stop complaining, arguing, giving us a hard time for not coming sooner. She repeated herself about 3 times, saying how it is irresponsible to make others wait and so on. If the matter was not urgent and the situation exceptional, I would not make anyone wait and I have explained that this and apologized. No customer service or basic human understanding came from your end Maia. I will be visiting this branch to wrap up transactions there, but will move all my business and personal transactions to another branch. Another time I have asked to print old statement from Jan 2021, I was lectured by Maia about how I should have done it myself. Well, if you can’t do that for me- no problem, just say no? A LOT of attitude for no reason. Do not recommend.
J	Jay Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you are at this branch, look for Andrei Uretii. He has been helping me with mortgage, resp, investing... he is your one stop shop... the best I've ever dealt. Always has smile on his face and I highly recommend him!
K	KalaSandhya YS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service! In general, they have unfriendly tellers. On top of it, they speak to each other and crack jokes while customers are being served. One incident that comes to my mind is the following. I had to transfer a lump sum to my lawyer's trust and they gave me a hard time despite verifying all my documents. Keep in mind I'm a minority and they were clearly discriminating and not believing that it was my account and i had money on it. The bank manager was someone named Natalia or Natascha and she treated me poorly. I understand they would like to validate all info and that's fine. However, i had to beg them to transfer my own money to my lawyer! Excuse me?? Can you believe it? I was looking around and all other clients / customers were staring at me. Do you know how that feels? For a fraction of a second, I must admit, I wished i wasn't a minority in this world! Anyway, it is what it is! Look, this happened a few years ago and I'm not asking you to not go to the branch. Things may have changed. Just wanted to get this off my chest as i had some time on my hands to write this.
