★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this location. The person who checks you in can’t be bothered to help you. The teller I had was arrogant and was dismissive. The branch manager made a point to treat me like an uneducated fool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always super nice people and try to help the best way possible, but have made multiple mistakes on my account. I get it, we're all humans, but when I'm told they didn't have in their system that I started a new job, and I have had to put it in there system 4 times now which takes 20mins. I just think they need a better system. I'll always bank here, because they're the best, and always have a good laugh and chat with the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars. After a week of not being able to access his accounts, my elderly father (who has been isolating) finally went to the branch in desperation to try and get some help. They sent him away without any attempt at assistance. Since that time, we have spent over four hours on hold in total with Web Broker. One time, after 1 hr 54 min. got a 'technical difficulties' message and they hung up. Phoning TD itself is no help, on hold again for over an hour. Absolutely astonished by this utter lack of customer service and incompetence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of the short-haired woman sitting in the seat as a Filipino manager. She will be too unkind. I went to get the Mortgage Statement today and I was in a bad mood. She looked like she didn't know what to do. She said She couldn't understand why I needed this.She made a face that she couldn't understend and didn't even say good by.I was really surprised that She was so rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this branch recently. A representative by the name of Ashley Smit assisted me with my TFSA and RRSP accounts. She helped me a lot, advised me with helpful things regarding my accounts. She also taught me things I can do using the TD easyweb. Thanks TD and Ashley.
