★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went in there to get tax filed, made me sign bunch of documents and wait for 45 minutes of waiting for her to figure out how to make the printer work, she then told me that she cant do my taxes. I wasted almost 2 hours there without any information. She tried to keep my documents without my consent.The lady there told me she cant give my documents back after making me sign them because she needs to send them to corporate. Why? Why would you want my information if my taxes are not being filed by you? Very shady business practice.
Watch out before you go in.
