Le répartiteur était très impatient et m’a demandé où était ma destination. Après avoir donné à 2 reprises mon adresse, le répartiteur, exaspéré, a refusé de me donner du service. J’ai tenté de communiquer, sans succès, avec d’autres compagnies. Il a fallu que j’attende près d’une heure après mon quart de travail afin de trouver une personne de mon entourage personnel pour venir me reconduire. C’est inacceptable d’offrir un service de taxi et refuser avec autant d’arrogance et d’impatience de donner du service à une cliente potentielle. I work on the south shore of Quebec and for safety reasons, I contacted Taxi Charny to return to my residence. The dispatcher was very impatient and asked me where my destination was. After giving my address twice, the dispatcher, exasperated, refused to give me service. I tried to communicate, with no success, with other companies. I had to wait almost an hour after my shift to find someone close to me to come and drive me. It is unacceptable to offer a taxi service and to refuse with such arrogance and impatience to give service to a potential customer.
