★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like Taps because they have good tables, good selection of models and paints (I have a hard time finding the selection of Citadel, Vallejos and AK paints I need elsewhere), and a fine drink cooler. What more could a man ask for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a friendly, tidy shop focussed on games and gamers. From snacks to paint supplies for figurines, it has everything for games and accessories. The DnD section is current and well stock, and there's Warhammer and MtG out the wazoo. What Taps is not: a dank, disorganized mess overseen by surly nerds who epitomize "comic book guy." Parents: you can go here and get what will make them happy, and not feel lost (and probably come out with something of interest for yourself). Cool shop. Worth visiting if you're into games (and obscure junk food, because there's a lot of that too).

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Excellent selection of Magic the Gathering, Warhammer, Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh products.
Very well stocked for Magic the Gathering singles.
I hadn't played cards at a shop in about 20 years, the community was inviting and inclusive, even as a new player I felt very welcome.
I'd strongly reccomend Taps for both retail and the events.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have you wished the mtg cards inventory was on the website? It is. Much like f2fgames, see all the cards and quantity. Clean interior, newer building made this place a joy to visit.
Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The staff was friendly and they got tons of stuff there, cards, board games, warhammer etc.
I did not know about the store until recently but it is a hidden gem on the south side if you are looking for cards and warhammer stuff.

The shop itself is also super clean and nice. I've had multiple great experiences here and i can't reccomend this place to my friends enough!
