m	monika schneider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed my carpet cleaned, Soho Carpets was super nice, they came and picked up my rug and cleaned it within a week and then dropped it off at a time that worked for me. They were kind and efficient, I highly recommend them.
R	Red Canada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, and high quality work. Had a stairway runner adapted to other usage and the end result is near perfect. The employees who both picked up and delivered the carpet were among the most polite people I've ever encountered. The only two flaws were a miscommunication on the length, which was a bit longer than desired. The reason given was reasonable, but I would have preferred precisely what I asked for. The only other thing, which was my own fault, is that I expected the binding to match the outside colour of the rug, and it instead was done to match the inner colour, which I found disappointing, as I really would have preferred a red edge to the carpet, to match some others I have. However, it is my fault for not stating this explicitly. I would highly recommend Soho Carpets, and I will use them again myself for other projects when the time comes.

They did a great job with our carpets... and the results were better than we had even hoped for. Right from my first email contact with the office I felt I was in good hands. I was so pleased with both rugs. Is it possible that they look better than when I bought them?! Would highly recommend their services and will definitely use again!

The rugs varied in eclectic design, colours and motifs which we liked very much. Seif went above and beyond to explain all the various materials and newest trends on the market. His customer care simplified our selection and we were able to try it in our space before committing. We finally chose something we love and it was delivered and installed perfectly! I would encourage anyone to make a visit and see what they have to offer, you will be impressed.

Their was so many nice styles to choose from also but this was exactly what we were looking for something modern and abstract that fits our living room something not to big nor to small the size was perfect. Their very knowledgeable in what they do and patient as well.
