Its owner, Tany, is always all about customer satisfaction starting with very reasonable pricing and an impressive selection of top quality merchandise. If there's an issue with an item you buy, she's more than willing to help resolve it and does! I personally recommend her store in Northland Mall over any franchise jeweler due to the great service she's provided me which is why I keep returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my high end pearl necklace here to be restrung, and it was completely ruined when I got it back. The pearls were very loose, the knots were bulky with some of them frayed, and the clasp end of the string was done so terribly I cried. This necklace was given to me by my fiancé, and I'll be wearing it in two weeks at our wedding. I've had to take it to another jeweler to get it restrung again. I was pretty heartbroken about it all for sure.
Update: Tany refunded me my money for the pearl restringing and was very sweet about it. At least they take care of their clients.

Have always been a go to for jewelry repairs and plan on buying my wedding bands from them too. They always have a great selection and offer top notch service. Definitely my go to store for my jewelry needs, if they don't have it in they have always been wiling to get it for you
