She commended how he was very kind and most importantly how he was extremely patient as well as thorough in his work. This is not something that you see very often in doctors who have so many patients to get through everyday. My mom said he was the best doctor she has ever seen. Definitely would recommend Dr. Tam to anyone!

The receptionist here is extremely rude and unprofessional - she talks fast, rushes you, and will not hesitate to just hang up on you (probably one of the worst medical staff I have ever experienced!). Doctor may forget to put your name on your prescription, delaying when you will receive them. Save your valuable time and go somewhere else, definitely not worth the visit here.

During Covid times, this particular individual has no people skills or empathy logical thinking is absent. Just a terrible human being.

Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease and felt confident when receiving expert medical care. He treated my issue in the office and I felt better immediately. Staff were friendly. I walked away very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.
