Their technicians were also great helps. They installed the roll shutter for me on Nov.29. Did a fine job and tested it many times to make sure it worked well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had nothing but issues with this Company from the very start of the purchase process to installation and subsequent service/warranty. I had the Talius automatic blinds installed on my deck, which I was told blocks wind up to 120 km/h. I initially ordered all black, and when the installers came everything was painted white (not what I paid for/requested in the purchase order) this delayed the project 2 months. After the wait we had the blinds installed and it worked for 4 months which is when the problems began. The screens pop out of the tracks all the time and the last time it popped out and severely damaged my deck. We have warranty for 5 years from Talius however we have not heard back from them. I have left numerous voicemails and emails to the service office and to the owner and have not received any call back. What a waste of money. Please do not use Talius, do your own due diligence!!!! Buyer beware!
