★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left stranded for hours in the snow waiting for a tow that NEVER showed up. Called at 6:30am, gave my location to dispatch, an hour later the driver called and asked me to clarify where I was. The nearby house address and nearby businesses was given to the driver. I was then texted asking for a Google map of my location. I provided this. An hour later the driver called to say he was stuck at the top of the hill and didn’t know how long he would be. I called dispatch to find out the status of my tow and was told no one was coming!! I called the driver back and he no longer answers my call.
