★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place had a listing for a very sweet looking kitten. I booked my meet and greet a week ahead and when I get there I am told the cat is not even at this location it is a t foster. When I asked why they wouldn't let me know the cat wasn't there so I didn't have to drive 40 min from Calgary for no reason. She gave me no answer. They told me I wouldn't have wanted that day anyway and assured me that the cat I wanted was the MALE GREY cat that was behind me was the cat for me. Keep in mind I came in on a appointment for a FEMALE BLACK AND BROWN CALICO KITTEN. Not a fully grown male cat. This place is completely unprepared and has no clue what they are doing

Edna and staff are very nice ladies and it is very obvious how much they care about the work they do. I was impressed Edna new every cats name!! I recommend Tails to Tell for anyone looking to adopt a kitty in need of a home. The website gives tons of info on the cats to give you an idea before you go out. The entire process was done that day while we were there. Edna microchipped our kitty right there to! Called a few days later to check up and see how things are going.
We adopted Tina, and the three of us are doing amazing. We are so happy we went when we did and found Tina.
I really cannot say enough good things about this place.
*Don't be discouraged if you go and don't 'click' right away; it can take a couple visits to see all the kitties because that place is larger then you think!! Go back out for another visit!
