★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ey yo, so I was in the portage place food court (where dreams go to die) and I decided that despite the fact the large hand pointed at 12 and the small hand pointed at 52, it was in fact Taco Time. I ordered a large Mexi fries (That name feels someone insensitive) and a hard shell beef taco. What I didn't order was a massive cockroach. Unfortunately there must have been a miscommunication because a large roach crawled out of my bag and briefly startled my co-workers and customers alike. I vividly remember being asked if I wanted the fries supreme. I declined. So why there was an extra topping in my food is beyond me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Something was really wrong with the mexi fries. I had 3 bites and vomited. I don't know why I ordered from here again the same thing happened last time. It doesn't seem that sanitary there. I won't be eating from here again

The Flip ladies who work there are friendly, and my order is usually well-done and not cold, the atmosphere of the 80’s style food court is always great for a retro buff like me, the only problems with that food court are the misbehaving indians. Keep up the good work ? ⏱

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to buy on Taco Tuesdays often, however I went recently and ordered 2 bean tacos and the lady put beef. I returned to let them know of the error and the lady said nothing at all. Poor customer service and attitude. I will not be returning.
