Beef burrito weighs in at a lofty 120 grams likely should be at least 130 grams
Save 20 cents worth of meat and make the customers feel ripped off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location used to be excellent: the staff were efficient and courteous and the food was decent. Then something changed a month or two ago: all the employees are now gone and they have hired people who are completely useless at handling food. Our orders are constantly screwed up, the food is often stone cold and the fries are raw. To top it all off, the new employees are rude. I strongly recommend avoiding this location and going somewhere else—anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow just wow. This location is absolutely ridiculous. I called to sort out an issue that I had with Uber Eats & them & the guy that I spoke to kept saying that I’m not listening to him/understanding him when I did, but he was not listening to me. He even said that he’s not really listening, worst customer service EVER ! I ended the phone call with a headache. Longest 10 minutes of my life, save yourself & do not waste your time, they do not care nor know what customer service looks like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for condiments at the window- they asked me if I would wait 6 mins for my food, which I did. I get home only to realize they didn't put any condiments in the bag even for the popcorn chicken which the meal is suppose to come with! I tried calling and someone answered didn't even say anything and hung up on me.... When the girl came to my window her eyes with full of crusty sleep.....clearly hygiene is not their top priority!!!! Will never go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst t bell I have ever been too. I got 7 layer bean burrito and the beans were so old and chewy/crusty at the same time it was legit foul. Ya it’s fast food but it shouldn’t be that awful. The fries always stale too I swear there’s dust on them…also staff there always seeming rude & bothered.
