G	Gooseberry Bilberry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was only one manual basket available by the entrance and it had a loose handle (it was soft and partially detached). It was not safe for customers to use that basket because the handle might break off from the basket; they should discard that basket. A lot of the male employees walked towards us quickly from our left without stopping when we were about to exit the aisle. At the same time, a male employee was trying to push the cart with stacks of boxes beside us that blocked our view when we were exiting the aisle. One of the male employees said "excuse me" when he walked past us to make us yield to him while we were walking out of the aisle. First, they should not stack up the boxes that high on the cart; it is dangerous if the boxes fall as they move the cart. Second, the employees should always yield to customers and not walk straight into customers. I was trying to go into the self check-out area right after the male employee exited that area. But he suddenly turned around when he just passed me and he stood there beside me looking at the ground smiling. I was startled because I did not know what he was trying to do (was he trying to return to the self check-out area or was he trying to speak to me)? So I waited for him then he went back into the self check-out area. It was awkward. P.S. There was no employee in the entire bakery area for assistance.
K	Ken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is like a family here. I've seen them for many years now and I can tell they truly love working here. It's a different atmosphere compared to other grocery stores where everyone is slugging around. On that note, the taller kid that works cashier/pushing carts still has the worst attitude I have ever seen, despite working here for like 5+ years. I always see him pushing carts into customers, talking like you're wasting his time, etc. I'm assuming he's only still working here because he has a connection or something.
G	Gabriel collaco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bigger and cleaner than other t&t's. Even when it seems packed you don't quite notice it. Also produce was fresh and plenty of cashiers to quickly buy your things and go. There was a big line for the elevator (on the way out). I'm guessing there's an elevator but the clusters of people standing on the path way out isn't so good. Maybe they need a lined off path way for people to line up to take that elevator. Otherwise good experience.
K	Ka Hing Cheung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here for groceries. Very convenient location and parking fee is reimbursed with purchase. Lots of selection, clean, and tidy. The fruit and veggies are fresh, and the staff are friendly. Mask (during covid) is required. Sanitation stations available.

This time I finally pointed it out to one of the staffs, he said the onion is just looking bad but not rotten inside. But every time I bought onions there, it is always partially moldy inside. The staff was inpatient and didn't even want to listen to my shopping experience there. He just kept saying it just looks bad... T&T, you have our Asian community's support, you can do better than this!!
S	Sarah Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to buy a gift box on the evening of the January 26th. Unluckily, I picked a box full of expired items. It does not have an expiration date on the outside of the box. My bf and I ate some but I didn't realize until I invited my friend to eat those. I had no intention of returning or exchanging them when I bought them so I already threw the receipt away right after buying them. Now I don't know what to do with all this expired things. It costs me almost $40 for nothing
A	Agnes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the cleanest and most well stocked T&Ts in the lower mainland. It's a big sized store and free parking validation if you spend at least $10. I think a good number of staff don't speak English but otherwise, there are a lot of them and they're constantly making sure everything is stocked and organized. I like how their beauty area is also got a lot of good inventory and lots of sushi selections.
