S	Samantha Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's talk about the pro's on the VIP area; nice area, lots of space and there's an incredible spot to look outside, towards Richmond area. The decor is nice, and looks amazingly clean. Here are the cons; unfortunately, service is garbage. I used to work in the food service industry and this is the most disappointing experience ever. First, I've waited for more than 20 minutes for service and honestly, it was not busy AT ALL. Secondly, my server Jackie was daydreaming; the bartender had to wave at him to attend to me. Also, he never once checked on how the food was. Here's a serving tip 101: once food has been served, check it within 2-5 minutes that's been delivered. Make sure that the customer is satisfied with the food. If the service isn't there, you do not get a tip. I hate to give businesses bad reviews but, if this is my first time being in the place and it leaves a sour taste, I am not going to want to return again. To my server, if you want tips, you better be attentive to your table. I don't know if this is your first time at your job, take this as a learning opportunity to enrich your customer service. Also, pretend that you like movies or else why are you working for the company in the first place? I tried to make small talk with Jackie, and to be honest, you need to change your demeanour. I felt like you don't want to be there, much rather you're only there for the cheque.
T	Terri Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't been in a theater since covid so it feels great to walk into a theater and smell the overpriced popcorn. Very prompt check in with vaccination passport and scan of your electronic ticket (I really miss the actual ticket stub) the lobby is very straight forward with concession and arcade. I took a star off because it's paid parking. Previous reviews noted $4 for parking. Now it's $4.50 underground parking. If the movie wasn't only available at Marine gateway I wouldn't come here.
J	James Walkus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a fan of having a great movie theatre so close to home. Since it's opening, the seats, concessions and overall decor have been kept Neat Clean and Organized. The building still has the "new" feeling to it. The VIP service is especially amazing, with the servers displaying enthusiasm in their work and a genuine love for movies!

Drink beer and nachos on a comfy sofa. Although the place to put the plate and the drinks is very narrow so Don't order too much XD

The menu is almost the same, they share a counter space, but if you want a coffee, you have to exit the concession live and stand in another line. VIP lounge is great. Fast service, tasty food and drinks. It's a fun movie experience, not cheap, but enjoyable.

Upon arrival I asked the host if they can refund my 10:30 ticket. No questions asked from management! I also asked about their plastic cups didn't end up liking it so I didn't want to buy it. After getting settled into my seat. I see the manager Dexter start walking up to me and gave me a limited edition cup! I have never seen a manager go so above and beyond! Thank you Dexter, you are truly the VIP in my VIP experience!

Great selection of food and drinks, they even have poutine! Good games at the arcade including basketball shooter, racing games, air hockey, and many more. One of my favourite theatres in Vancouver.

Otherwise great venue. Friendly staff. Also some nice views if you are early or staying late for food or drinks. Will come again especially for comfort of VIP and not having people so close to me to enjoy films.
