They were patient with us while we debated the details and were given many options to choose from. Thank you for making this such an easy process for this pregnant mama :)

I came in with an idea and left with great results and a phenomenal looking hoodie for a great deal- the staff here are insanely creative which made it ten times easier for me to choose a design, if anyone’s ever looking for sick customs I’d definitely recommend going there, they’ll set you right ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go here. Extremely unprofessional with vaping directly in front of customers, screaming & acting like children, and didn’t even ask me where I wanted my photo on the sweater, they just assumed and continued to talk amongst themselves.
When they printed the photo on the back where I did not want it, the man raised his voice at me saying I said I wanted it on the back when I did not say anything at all. The girl at cash who was vaping was the one who just assumed I wanted it on the back, wasting an entire sweater before I even got the chance to notice.
They acted like re doing the sweater was a chore, and proceeded to talk about my friend and I in a negative manner because of it. They then offered me the sweater they messed up with my personal photo on it for 50% off instead of free when it was their fault for messing it up. Unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to voice my concerns over the latest visit . I was appalled by the disgusting music the young lady had turned on . There was swear words and Racist I mean Racist words in the song .Normally it wouldn't bother me but every other word was F--k and N---r absolutely disgraceful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best store in the mall by far- prices are fair, amazing customer service, employees are friendly and attentive. Went in for a custom hoodie and walked out with 3 extra items for such an amazing deal. The employee took her time to design exactly what I wanted and the turn around time was very short they do it on the spot super quick. I was also told I could get a great deal on a bulk order of uniforms for my business. I will be shopping here often and I suggest you do too!❤️?❤️?❤️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge THANK YOU to the three employees working at the Stone Road Mall location on December 21 during the evening hours. My daughter purchased a sweater with a unique comment on it for her boss, however she was not happy with it. It was her creation but due to miscommunication the design didn’t turn out the way she had hoped it would. She is very shy and didn’t want to cause a scene as it was super busy so she just paid for it and left the store upset. While continuing our shopping I suggested that she talk to them to see if there was any way they could fix it. She was sure they wouldn’t do anything and was too embarrassed to even try so I took the sweater back and explained the situation. I was amazed at the level of pure professionalism from all three employees. They listened, offered suggestions and fixed the sweater at no extra cost. I appreciate their hard work and extra time they spent with me while also providing great service to other customers. I hope someone in management recognizes their fantastic service because they truly deserve it. Thank you T-Shirt Time Team! I appreciate you!!
