As soon as you submit the payment, YOU CAN'T change the order. I needed to update the order sizes, and they bluntly responded there is nothing that can be changed as soon as you pay.
Plus they charge 15% return PLUS shipping fee. I feel cheated... very frustrating as it is a complete loss of money.
Order arrived, t-shrits are bad quality. Seem is irregular, tshrit is square instead of rectangle (short and too large)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thoroughly disappointed in my recent experience with this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour of shirts and within 30 seconds of placing the order I emailed them to either try and change it or to send it back and reorder. I was informed via email 8 hours later that the order had already shipped. And I was going to have to reorder. If I want to send the incorrect order back they charge 10% restocking fee plus any shipping required. From one small business to another during these hard times, You would think they would be willing to work with people and appreciate the patronage when there are tons of other suppliers out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind of wish there was a negative star option. I am just outside of Vancouver BC and ordered online and the inventory said is was in stock in Vancouver and i chose 3 day shipping. It didn't make it in the 3 days that I paid for and the tracking shows it in Montreal, apparently where their office is. Super disappointed, was try these guys as their selection is larger than my current wholesaler however they have not delivered on what should have been an easy order.
