★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just spent like 1-2 hours deciding what to order, only to abandon my shopping cart when going to check out. T-Sport has inventory at 5 different warehouses across Canada. The quantities and availabilities of their stock depend on the location. Thus, you might end up ordering from 5 different warehouses and paying the shipping costs associated with them. On average, it turned out to be ~$20 per warehouses. It ended up being around $100! Their shipping costs are exorbitant! Even if they have decent products and prices, their shipping costs negate any savings you might gain. And you need to order above $399 to get free shipping and it’s not $399 total, but for each warehouse. I’ve never seen a business charge for shipping this way. And other similar businesses offer free shipping if you spend a lot less than $399. So, I think I’m going to pass on T-Sport and look for another business that offers a much better deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed my first order with T Sport a couple weeks ago (from Alberta) for some sample t-shirts and hoodies for my business. Overall, I was pleased with the online shopping experience and delivery of the items I ordered, but I do have a few minor things that I hope the company can improve on.
The good stuff:
Online ordering and account setup was easy. Clean interface and simple to figure out which locations I was ordering from.
I received my order on time and with no shipping errors for quantities or sizes. All garments were clean and in new condition. Judging by the packing slip, it looks like they double-checked the order. Awesome!
Email communication was quick and concise. They answered my questions to my satisfaction. Thanks!
The 'needs improvement' stuff:
I had to inquire a few days after I placed my order to find out if it had shipped or not, since the online order status in my account was not updated. When I called, a voice mail directed me to email customer service, which I did and I received my answers quickly. I'm not sure why I did not get an automated shipping notification email. Minor issue that I would like to see updated for future orders. Additionally, I prefer to speak (or chat online) with a real person, but I understand that resources might be limited right now due to COVID. I hope this changes in the future so I can speak to someone if there's a more pressing issue.
The only other item is that I would have preferred that my order of garments would have been packaged in plastic bagging before getting shipped instead of just in the box. It's a minor detail but I think the benefits outweigh costs.
Overall, I'm pleased with the experience. Looking forward to ordering again with T Sport. Easy online ordering and good customer service. Make a few small tweaks and it will be 5 stars all the way! Thanks!

Just received a Pullover Hoodie from TSport and I must say the quality is quite satisfactory. Although the color varied a bit, but who cares when it fits so well and feels quite comfortable. I was in no mood to buy from a new platform as I never purchased from here, but I am happy with the decision. And the package was delivered two day before the estimated timeline, which is an added bonus that I got with TSport.

I purchased this Full Zip Hooded Jacket from TSport. The fabric is very good and it fits exactly my size. I was worried whether I will get the right size or not, but I am very satisfied to have something that seems like the perfect pick. Delivery was on time and the color is also very impressive. I must say I seem to have grabbed the best deal online on a Full Zip Hooded Jacket.

I ordered 25 jerseys on Friday May 5. On Monday May 9 I emailed T-Sport to check that my order was on the way.
They told me my order was cancelled because of "No payment". My e-transfer had auto deposited to the email they provided.
I order from T-Sport and paid for express shipping because I need the Jerseys by Wednesday. T-Sport promises fast shipping/delivery time. However, they stole my money.
Luckily because wrote this review they contacted me explaining that they didn't ship my order because I paid the wrong amount. Then they refunded me with a 10% discount.
In the email they asked me to remove this review because "it was my error". That is laughable.
From my perspective the ONLY reason that they reached out is because my review is negative, not because they care about the customer.
They initially lied about why my order was cancelled, then only refunded me after I wrote this review, and then still blamed me even though they didn't bother explaining anything. I could have lost my money if I hadn't done this
Their number doesn't even work. They actually tried to call me, but I was busy trying to get jerseys somewhere else. The only way to get in contact with them about an error is to leave them a bad review.
