Même si cette maison n’était pas notre premier achat, nous avons définitivement vu la plus value de faire affaire avec Geneviève. His knowledge of the market and his sound advice in negotiating in a context of multiple offers have certainly meant that we have got our hands on a product that is becoming increasingly rare, and this without exceeding our initial budget. Even if this house was not our first purchase, we definitely saw the added value of doing business with Geneviève. She is a very available professional, who is fun to work with. I had an excellent experience with Marie-Louise Robichaud for our first purchase from my wife and me. We made an offer in full containment by organizing virtual tours with the seller. We bought a property with them. Service initially adequate, but major errors on signing dates / evaluation deadlines in addition to other typos. It may be an isolated case, but we were disappointed with the experience

Elle fait preuve de professionnalisme, franchise et elle est très présente. Je les même référée à 4 amies et elles l'ont toutes très appréciée lors de leurs transactions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Éviter. Peu proactifs, pleins d'erreurs de débutants dans l'affichage sur MLS (telle que la mauvaise taille, le nb d'étage), ne s'occupe pas bien de la propriété lors de visites. Il y a BCP d'autres agents immobiliers. Ne me demander pas de vous contacter pour clarifier la situation car ils ne répondent que rarement et lentement et ne respecte même pas l'heure de rendez vous pour rappel téléphonique justement pour discuter de ces situations. Et non vous ne trouverez pas mon nom car je suis la compagne du vendeur mais je ne suis pas un robot, n'essayez donc pas de sous entendre que mon avis n'est pas légitime comme vous le tentez pour tous ceux qui vous donne moins que 4 étoiles.
To avoid. Unproactive, full of rookie mistakes in posting on MLS (such as wrong size, # of floors), don't take good care of the property during viewings. There are BCP of other real estate agents. Do not ask me to contact you to clarify the situation because they respond only rarely and slowly and do not even respect the appointment time for a telephone call back precisely to discuss these situations. And no you will not find my name because I am the seller's companion but I am not a robot, so do not try to imply that my opinion is not legitimate as you try for all those who give you less only 4 stars.
