Service was lovely and quick. This place is beautifully decorated and it was a pleasure having my nails done. 10/10 will recommend!

I got my bio gel done at this place and they did a decent job. The value here was good and definitely wanted to visit again until I got my nails taken off at this place. The guy who dealt with the removals roughly shredded the nails down and filed my natural bedding resulting in burning sensation MULTIPLE times. I requested him to do it gently but continued on to be rough. My nails are fragile now and the only reason I went to the salon was for it to be taken off properly! Not the opposite! In the past I’ve visited to remove the extensions but they did it properly with foils and such that time. I don’t know what happened this time... from reading previous reviews looks like the owner changed or something. Will NEVER be returning to this place again. I have pictures as well of the result and it is so upsetting to see what they have done to my nails.

Em/now β€œM” is amazing! On the second floor and a huge space! The decor and environment reminds me of HMP without the cocktails and they even have a phone charging booth. Jen is awesome and was able to fit me and my friend in back and forth during the holidays. Superb price too $18 for a mani. Will def return! Bonus: they have a cute pup!

You won't be disappointed! I am a new client and have never been so happy with my nails. I've been living in Toronto for a few years now and have tried many different nail salons and never found consistency when getting my manicures (nail sets included) and pedicures done. The salon techs are well experienced, professional and work very fast. T&A Nails and Spa is spacious promoting social distancing. They also use a unique app for signing in clients. They are very affordable and provide great friendly service. They have a cool discount offering $5 off when you book a pedi & mani service (This also includes nails sets). If driving choose a less busier day & time when booking, as it will be easier to find available parking.

I don't know what makes people put 5 stars but I had a terrible experience, and I didn't even end up doing my nails. I had just landed from Montreal at 12-1pm in Bishop airport. I was only staying in Toronto for 24 hours. I had an event at WildFlower Nightclub and needed to have my nails done asap. I googled the closest nail salon to my hotel and found Em. I called and the guy that answered was really nice, but he said they can only take me at 4:30pm. Fine, no problem. I was very specific on the phone that I ONLY DO shellac and ONLY CND. He said no problem. I had time to go eat, and walk around with my best friend. I said to myself, let me just go 10 minutes early. The guy even called me back while I was about to go into the salon to tell me where it was located. When I got there, it was dead. Only 2 girls were working. So I looked at the guy and I was like, can I look at your CND selection? He looked absolutely lost. Hey owner, advice; when you have employees, make sure they know what CND is, because he had to call someone and ask her where they were. You had literally 10 colors out of probably 100, and they were all dry and no liquid in them. Even the other "shellac" brands looked like they were full of dust, and on the floor at the end of your salon. It was 4:40 and I tell him; when's my turn? He says 15 minutes. I look and see the 2 girls just starting with their clients. I just got up and left. I ended up walking into Nails Queen and getting probably the best manicure shellac ever. I'll even post a picture. REAL NAILS if you were wondering. Thank you MAGGIE and Nails Queen for taking me right away as soon as I walked in. They got the best review on Google from me. Merci! Dana

The kind ladies here booked me for a same day appointment before a wedding I was attending. I had a broken natural nail (cracked right at the line for the nail bed) and needed an extension. The extension and gel procedure was as comfortable as possible, and it matches the rest of my nails very well. They let me check the shapes of all of my nails before applying gel, didn’t over trim my cuticles, and only charged me the standard gel price. I wish I could come here regularly for gel nails, but unfortunately I don’t live near Toronto.

Worst nail service I've received. The initial nail colour i chose bubbled up but they said it was going to be okay once its dried...so we waited for 30min to dry. Obviously it didnt fix the problem so they told me to choose another color which i did and it also doing the same thing. I had friends waiting so didnt want to do it again. They also had bunch of people come in so they were rushing through everyone. Didnt clean the edges of my nail and my hands had nail polish all over. Such a messy job.

As someone who is very picky, I am always nervous about getting my nails done because I don’t like to point anything out that I don’t like - but I tend to notice minor errors. The lady could tell I was staring at the nail that I had an issue with - and asked me to check them to make sure they were okay. She did this multiple times and I loved this. This made me feel happy with my nails and that I truly got what I paid for. I paid $55 + tip for these nails (gel with shelac). I have no regrets.
