Always enjoy maintenance sessions with her, but she can also cut and layer locks. She's always got great advice on care and upkeep and she makes cool products like ties and towels. Also appreciate that she keeps the studio clean and everything is sanitized (even before the pandemic).

It was just a few months after my car accident and she was so accommodating because I couldn't sit for long and allowed me to do multiple appointments and helped me out with understanding the difference when I was choosing synthetic vs real and whether I wanted perm dreads or only extension. Amazing person and caring and you can see it in her work!

She installed synths in which I fell in love with instantly. 6 weeks later I was back to see her to loc my own hair and to add extensions as my hair was the length of a short Bob with an under cut. Teena was understanding of my needs, provided me with realistic expectations and I was overjoyed with the results. She fully explained how to take care of my locs and best practices/products. If there was any issue or if I had a concern she was just a text away. I live 2 cities away and it's worth the drive every time. I HIGHLY recommended Teena! You won't be disappointed!

She was so helpful with answering my questions regarding synthetic or natural dreads and helped me decide what was best for me. She has always been very accommodating with making appointments and quick to respond to my messages. I am constantly receiving compliments on my dreads (her work). I am so happy with my hair and her service. I definently recommend her. Five stars.

I love coming because on top of giving me the most beautiful loca she's lovely to talk to and super professional during all of our appointments. Before our appointment, Teena provided extensive practical information for both the before, during and after, which made everything go really smoothly.
