THE RUDEST person I have ever met in my life. Acted very bizarrely, especially over the phone. Didn't tell me outright what forms I was supposed to have and then got angry when I didn't have everything. Wouldn't explain anything. Kept frustratedly yelling numbers at me while he was doing my filing. Kept swearing at his computer. Consistently rude and condescending. On my second visit, he accused me multiple times of not paying him the first time. He complained that I hadn't kept my receipt but he had never given me one. Made me wait more than two hours while he was working with five other clients, and kept saying it was going to be "only ten minutes per person." I left his office, and when I called two hours later, he was only halfway done working with the same clients. His office is a sty- just lined with papers, and he's awful at scheduling. He seriously needs a secretary, but I don't think there's anyone in this city who's willing to work with someone so repugnant. When I said I was going elsewhere, he again got angry, threw papers at me, and yelled at me as I walked down the hallway. This dude is the ultimate "What not to do" of customer service.

Syd is great. I’ve been going to him for over 10 years. Only thing is he’s not the most professional acting type but he does an excellent job and doesn’t charge much. If you’re in the mood for a comedy show type angry but funny character and have time on your hands, he’s your guy.

I called him to tell him to stop taping his business cards to our lobby's walls. He kept doing it so I went to his "address". The address is fake this is not his office. Unprofessional.

I called this man to tell him to stop leaving his business cards inside the store I work at, and he pretended he had no idea what I was talking about. When I called him out on his lies, his answer was “yeah whatever whatever”. If you want to trust a child to do your taxes, be my guest. Very unprofessional.

VERG BAD SERVICES WITH MOST MISERABLE ATTITUDE. As what Pillippe W described below, I am absolutely agreed. I received a flyer in our apartment building and mentioned he can provide some accountancy services, so I rang and made an appointment with him. He is very rude with me all the time and never allow me to ask any questions, just asked me to watch what he was doing on his pc. When I have questions in regards to my forms, he just said he knew everything and asked me to shut up. Very rude with me all the time. Lastly, when he finished the form on pc, I asked to have a quick review (in his office of course), he even did not allow me to see it without pay him CASH first. VERY AGGRESSIVE MAN. Lastly, I asked if I can have a receipt(invoice) for the service which I have paid, he said NO cos he believed that I have already got receipts which are those tax papers. He said if I resist have my invoice for this service, then give all the papers back to him. I am feeling being ripped off by this man and even feeling a bit insulted. I would like to sue him for all of these and wish someone can give me some ideas..what can I do about it! Thank you "STAY AWAY FROM AGGRESSIVE MAN : BEST ADVICE This man is yelling to the phone or at people in person just with a simple question ! I have asked somebody to do research for me about this very bizarre guy : he uses Syd William as name when his real name is Sydney William Nellis and apparently he has a sister working at Revenu Quebec !!! Be careful people . I don't know if he sells our file ! He pretends to be poor and I have followed him ; he lives at 1420 Crescent street apt 513! Apparently he was working first on St Marc street makiing more than 2000 $ per day and claiming Welfare at the same time . He has a lot of criminal files at Court Palais Justice in Montreal and Vallyfield for extortion money to women and threat ! Be careful people he will ask you cash, do your tax with aggressive way, believe me !"

I phoned the number on this accountant's website looking for a quote. The person who picked up was unintelligible and became irrationally angry when I said I was phoning about filing my taxes. I still don't really understand what happened, but I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Syd is just a remarkable person! been going to see him for over 5 years and no one compares to him. I will never see anyone other then him end of story!
