F	Frances Ziesmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 3 chicken dinners Nov 29 2021 with fries, salad and colesaw. Received 2 dinners both with no bun, 1 dinner no fries just chicken and a bun. Spent 1 hour trying to call and no one answers. Head called and they could not contact them and worker at head office did not know what to do and said she would be off the next day. Would she not report this to management? Glass at counter was filthy and not cleaned for some time. Staff were wearing gloves touching food and so many surfaces. NO ONE washed hands, even the girl assembling boxes. You cannot be doing cash with gloves on and then handling food. It is against public health regulations. I am sorry to post this but someone needs to managing and training staff especially during the pandemic. Person with a prior order came back complained they did not get their onion rings.

Big chunks of cucumber in it, not really sure what it was Was offered a ‘meal’ free of charge for delivery or pick up from the Wyecroft Oakville store When I tried to order via the delivery service number was told I had to directly contact the Wyecroft store. I attempted but was disconnected. Numerous attempts on my part to call back did not come to fruition Horrible meal and horrible follow up service Big thumbs down ?

She contributed to the positive atmosphere that makes me want to come back to Harvey’s and made the wonderful suggestion of trying the mini donuts.
L	Lanz Arturo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for dinner around 3:50-4 today and our waitress was extremely kind and attentive. Overall she made dining in lovely and was really wonderful! Food was also hot & fresh which was awesome, great all together. :)

The first time the chicken was not cooked properly and very tough especially near the bone and the second time the chicken was cooked but the outside was almost white. It has now turned me off from wanting to eat Swiss Chalet chicken.

I also noticed they have new, more modern plating, and I’m all for it! Losing a star because the dessert was underwhelming. Before the brownie was better presented and the ice cream wasn’t extra, and there was whip cream. Towards the end, service wasn’t as good (plates weren’t cleared before dessert was served).
