T	Theeps S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid through mobile order, parked at the store, checked-in, waited for about 15 minutes for curbside pickup before I decided to go to the door and see why it was taking so long. There was a sign posted that the store was closed for an emergency. I called Swiss Chalet and they were able to refund my money. I normally do go to this Swiss Chalet and they've been great but it was a very inconvenient situation for me to drive there and wait, I just wish there was better communication with the app and the store location.

Food is on point and customer service here is always phenomenal! The ladies here serving are so genuine and kind! I look forward to when I stop in and Soumela is working - one of the best servers by far!

The waitress would not explain the difference between the sauce and gravy. Then I asked if the plate coming from the kitchen was hot to the touch and she asked if I had any common sense.
R	Robert Quickert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived unbeknownst just 10 minutes before closing, yet our party was still seated by a friendly server. She handled all our needs expertly, and our food was delicious and hot. An above average experience for a chain restaurant.

They run the place like buffoons however during with covid rules. 3 at s time in the store, but the people who order wait inside, so you're forced to stand in the snow for 10-20minutes waiting just to place an order. If you see three people inside go someplace else because it is going to be a while.

Obviously double fried and spices thrown on after fried. So dry. On the other hand, the fries were horribly soggy! And, really how expensive is coleslaw that the container was barely half full. We have not gone to Swiss Chalet for over a year and will not be going back anytime soon. So disappointing. We gave this location another chance. We had rotisserie and baked potatoes. The manager, Peter, suggested that since we didn't like the fries, we should try the baked potato. The meal was delicious and Peter and his staff were very friendly. We thank Swiss Chalet, Peter and his staff for helping us to change our opinion and we will gladly frequent this location. And if we have a complaint, we will speak to Peter. He is a conscientious person and was glad to help us out. Thank you!!!

The supposed mashed potatoes tasted like plastic, my husband's ribs were cold and my chicken wrap was dry and tasteless!!! Will never eat at any Swiss chalet EVER again!!!!!
