The palace is very clean the decor is very nice and the lighting looks great. location is great with very convenc location and accessibility to grocery store,pharmacy,banks, doctors offices...etc. I was very emesd with the employee who was taking my order his name was Ashraf very patient,polite and excellent customers skills ? ? I definitely recommend this place for you if you like Shawrma and clean place.

I don’t usually order lamb dishes but I must say, I loved the lamb shawarma, it had so much flavour and the lamb had a great charcoal taste as if it had been on a bbq! The employees were very friendly. I will definitely visit again ?

They were all really nice and friendly!! The cashier Reem was super nice and we felt so welcomed. Definitely recommend this place, it has the best shawarma in Scarborough and this is a MUST try!!?

The staff is very nice and helpful and gave me many options to choose from. I would recommend the chicken shawarma wrap. They had a variety of options of what to put on your wrap to make it perfect for your taste. My new favourite shawarma place is Shawarma Royale… they also have a family shawarma platter which is amazing for the whole family to enjoy.
T	Talha Malik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 6 shawarmas today and didn’t like the taste. The pita used for the shawarmas is very stiff and greasy. It seems like no shawarma press was used. Also, minimal sauce and vegetable were used in original shawarma. I think this is not worth each $4.99. Not sure what the hype is about. Only think i liked was their décor of the location. I think they need to improve their product quality if they want to compete with established franchises.

Lol Customer service was great, atmosphere was great. Tried their chicken shawarma plate. It was different, but okayy: - way too much turnip and hot peppers (that was already plated and pulled out from the underneath fridge - no no for me) - the chicken was slightly dry, decent flavours. - very small amount of ACTUAL salad given. Like 2 cucumbers , 2 tomatoes , 2 pickles, 4 string of lettuce - no hummus given unless asked. - a tonne of sauce ontop even when “a little” was mentioned. - amazing rice. I would probably try something else on the menu next time or another location. They have lamb on the menu which was slightly enticing but we will see next visit.
