★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never order from this store From the app. They are cheaters. In the app it shows all the veggies but actual sandwich they don't put spinach & other stuff and came untoasted. Worst store of subway in Scarborough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Server made a magnificent sub however, your organization has to do a better job of training and teaching soft skills. You would never know the server liked her job based on her body language. Interacting with her felt like complete misery and its sad because she's never had customer service training. Ill ensure to go to another subway and revisit this one in the next 3 months. Help your staff and teach them the MOM moments of mastery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I knew this Person from id named (R) gonna badmouth this sub lady in the reviews. Ok, So last night, when this gentleman was there complaining about his sub, i was also standing beside them , waiting for my turn. So guys here’s what happened exactly. This sub lady accepted her mistake honestly, in front of all, which gained everyone attention and respect towards her. And in return, this gentleman was showing all rude behavior to her. After this, while apologizing, this sub lady made a new sub for him without charging him anything for it.
Honestly, just look at the Id from where this couple is giving reviews! They have given 114 reviews. Seriously, i think they get paid to do such things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same problem with this place as many other Subway restaurants. They try to save too much money and cut too many corners. They force one guy to work the entire place a lot of times. I dont know how they expect one person to take care of everything.
I used a coupon I got in the mail, I showed up around 8pm after work, the guy working there looked more tired then me and was running around like crazy trying to get everyone's order done quickly, which he did. But I dont like it when I have to buy food from a place that works it's employees like animals.
Also there was this really tough object I found in the beef steak, 100% not from normal beef cuts, this looked more like a piece from the base of a beef tongue, kinda gross IMO.
Also they only had white bread left for some reason. But yeah the one guy working too hard also made me nervous about eating the food because it makes me unsure if he was able to take care of everything, when I'm tired I dont have attention to detail and that's key in this business. Also how does a dry steak and cheese make the bread all soggy? seriously how does that even happen? I didn't add any sauces or wet veggies, but the bread ended up getting soggy AF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not eat at this Subway. This was my last visit because every time I order here they tell me they don’t have a topping. This time it was no spinach for the Veggie sandwich. The spinach is the main in a veggie sandwich. The sandwich maker tells me it’s because of Covid. There’s no toppings apparently because of Covid at this subway. Because the other subways I’ve been to don’t seem to have this problem. The worst part about it is the unapologetic, disregard by the employees. Don’t like your job…quit. At this point it’s starvation rather then give this location a penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this subway really extraordinary customer service very fast staff and humble. I ordered 16 foot longs and all was made perfectly and the taste was very good. The customer service was great and they treated us very nicely. Impressed with there service.??????
