L	Lee Beech on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location near the 401 and while this looks dated from the outside, it's had a recent remodeling inside like many of the Chalet locations. Service was fine and the food ok, although nothing spectacular which probably isn't a surprise. Certainly an ok option when traveling across eastern Ontario when there are limited other options.
A	Amy Pigeon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a meal for 4 in the early afternoon to have delivered for 6pm. Meal did not arrive until I called to inquire after 6pm. Fries were missing as well as gravy. Called back and they would only offer a gift card or credit. I did not accept as will no go back there. They finally sent fries. Therefore food was cold and mashed potatoes for 4 only had enough for 1 person. Horrible experience

R	Ryan U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly staff. From the front door to the checkout. Friendly and polite. I ordered just before 9pm as it says online they are open until 10. Arrived at 9. Place was closing. Nobody there. Staff acknowledged website says 10pm. I apologized for the late order. Never would have ordered if i knew they were closing. I couldnt finish the food. It was not fresh. It was barely warm and clearly had been sitting. 3 stars due to the super friendly staff. I imagine their food is usually as good as their excellent service, but not this time.

Needed some fast food, but not as fast as the regular branded chain chicken restaurant, so walking around we found Swiss Chalet 2min from our hotel. Glad we did as the meal was tasty and the service great. Well worth the take-out.
I	Ian Simpson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had supper and we were very impressed the chicken was so juicy and the bun was warm which I've never had that at any locations ,best chicken here so far of all the other Swiss Chalet we ate at. Hats off to the cook!
M	Michelle Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited with my family last Friday for dinner. We were seated quickly. I'll tell you, the food is generally much better when in the restaurant. We usually do take out and the chicken always seems dry. Not in the restaurant this time. It was very good. I had the chicken Ceasar salad. Portion size also seemed bigger in the restaurant. Everyone enjoyed their food except my poor sister in-law. She had a wrap and was not happy with it. It was so runny it looked gross. Must have been the hot chicken mixed with mayo causing it to just run all out? Service was okay but could have been better. After we got our food, not once did anyone come to check on us to see if we needed anything. Maybe short staff? While waiting for our food I did notice a waitress roll her eyes in annoyance with another customer when she turned away from them. They were only asking for water and napkins, very nicely. She smiled at them but rolled her eyes as soon as she turned. Was not impressed with this. I would have rated this experience a 3 star but because of past experiences I gave it a 4.
P	Pitou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic, our server Alexis and the rest of the staff did an incredible job of making our visit one of the best restaurant visits we’ve had in years. The service was fantastic, the food was fantastic and place was spotlessly clean including the washrooms. Everyone wore their mask properly, absolutely no one walked around with it hanging down around their chin or not covering their nose. If you’re looking for great food in a Covid safe environment This is one of the best places to be. Large restaurant, every second table closed off so everyone is well spaced out. We substituted fries for a Caesar salad and it was one of the best Caesar salad’s we’ve had in a restaurant. Can’t wait to go back, would give them 10 stars if it was possible. Again, thank you to everyone for the great food and making us feel safe. And hats off to the manager, obviously making everything to come together like this takes good management. Update, Feb. 21/22 another great visit, just as good as last time. The chicken pot pie with Caesar salad was amazing.
