★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through Skip the Dishes. This is by far my favorite Indian restaurant in North Edmonton. Do yourself a favor and get a few extra samosas. Try both the green and red sauces that come with them. Truly delicious. The rice cooked to perfection, the heat from the curry chicken and butter chicken perfect for us westerners. Loved it. This will be our go to for delicious Indian cuisine. Thank you for sharing your food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing value, great atmosphere. They served me a feast for a modest 24 dollars. Only nitpick is that everything I ordered was spicy, even the naan bread. The mixed pickles were actually the most potent. So, that aspect might not be for everyone.
They have a lot of interesting appetizers that I would love to come back and try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my absolutely favourite place to get Indian food from but over the last year it has been getting progressively spicier and spicier, so much so that I can’t eat the dishes I used to order all the time. I do like some spice in my dishes, but not so much that I can’t taste the flavours anymore. Last time even the onion naan bread had chilies on it which it never used to. I’ve written on my orders to make it less spicy (again, I can tolerate some spice and used to eat their dishes all the time) but it always comes out crazy spicy. Unfortunately I am now looking elsewhere for my Indian food which is a shame because their quality and portions were very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from Swagat a few weeks ago for the first time. Absolutely awesome food. Ordered several vegetarian dishes and one butter chicken. So delicious. Huge portions and great tasting food. Reasonable prices too. My son picked up our order and said the restaurant was really nice and clean inside as well which is nice to know. Will definitely be our new go to for Indian food. A must try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had supper where last night for the first time and it was delicious. I ordered a goat vindaloo with naan and a mango lassi and both were awesome. We were the only diners in the restaurant but there was a constant stream of pickup orders while we were there, which was great to see. The prices are all very reasonable and the portions are quite generous, give it a try!
