★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Svitlana has very bad customer service, she was supposed to have my sisters wedding dress done custom made and 2 weeks before her wedding she had her try it on. Well it looked like it was bough on wish. It was terrible and she wouldn't even give her a partial refund until she threatened to take her to court. I am disgusted by this poor customer service. Any decent human being would Atleast offer some refund. She had to go out trying to find a wedding dress within 2 weeks of the wedding which is near impossible to find one that fits without time to alter! I highly recommend not even taking the risk with this woman. If you don't like her work you're pretty much out of luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Svitlana is amazing! She will go above and beyond to make sure you love your dress and have alterations done on time! Svitlana sewed me a custom grad dress, and all I gave her to work from was a tiny picture I found in a magazine! It was exactly what I wanted. Years later, Svitlana helped me find the perfect wedding dress and she made some alterations, making it more comfortable and unique! All my bridesmaids ordered their dresses through her, and were very happy with the whole process! Svitlana truly cares and it shows. Highly recommend her services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had several consultations with Svitlana and I showed her a picture of the wedding dress I wanted. She said she needed to order the fabric and she could do it. She started working on my measurements and worked on the undergarment fabric. The top of it was looking good, for the undergarment and she had not yet created the sleeves or the bottom. Once she started making the sleeves she had mentioned that she still had a lot of work to do and adjustments to make. On one of my final appointments, Svitlana finally had the dress made with the fabric she used. It is seethrough, cheap material that feels like an actual bed sheet was on me, and looked nothing like the dress I had asked her to create, even though she said she could. I have attached photos of her garbage work, and she won't even have the decency to refund me the deposit for her own mistake. As you can see in the pictures, the fabric is so thin that EVEN if you put undergarment you could still see the flaws in my body. Wedding dress fabric should be thick like the picture design I wanted, or like any other dress for sale on the market, not some fabric that feels and looks like it is worth 2 cents. Svitlana won't even give me the reciepts for the fabric she claims she spent alot of money on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and efficient at what she does - overall great customer service! Also, her shop is perfect for an intimate dress shopping experience with friends/family. I was a bridesmaid, and Svitlana made a custom dress for the bride and altered the bridal party's dresses. The bride's dress was a show-stopper, completely custom made with beading and details per the bride's request. I would highly recommend Svitlana if you need a dress custom made for your big day!

She worked hard to bring my vision to life. I absolutely love the dress, it is so well made. My mother in law also had a dress made and was extremely happy with her dress too!
